T-Smart is my proposal for the final project of UOC's UX postgraduate. T-smart is a digital ticket that allows us to use the public transport in the urban area of barcelona with smartphone, as well as to control the cost and use of the transport, paying at the end of the month for the use made, without pre-purchasing tickets.
This is the most complex project I have carried out until now.
Includes all phases of a UX process.
The project started with research with users using techniques such as contextual observation, personal interviews and surveys, about the needs in a given field, in this case how to improve the experience of using public transport.
The next step consisted in the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative data obtained from the users.
Once established the requirements of the users these became functionalities of the application.
The prototyping of the application began with the design of the sitemap, the flow of interaction and finally the prototyping in high definition.
In order to evaluate usability, a set of usage scenarios were designed to allow us to analyze the application first without users helping us of the heuristics proposed by Nielsen, and once the iteration was done to solve the detected problems, evaluate the application with real users in a simulated environment .
